Happy Noodle House will offer a five-course prix fixe menu for $40 per person with an optional $20 optional sake/wine/cocktail pairing from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Happy’s Bitter Bar will have a New Year’s Eve Midnight Social from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. for $50 per person with three cocktails, appetizers and a champagne toast. Arugula Bar e Ristorante will host a four-course New Year’s Eve dinner with many choices. There will also be an a la carte menu. New Year’s Eve dinner is $59/person and includes a Prosecco cocktail!
