Winter bike to work day
Thursday, January 14th, 2010
If you’ve been in Boulder for more than five minutes, you probably realized that it’s a huge biking community. Spandex-clad bikers are ubiquitous year round. When I moved here a little over two years ago I was startled by how many bikers were on the road, but now after acclimating to the Boulder lifestyle, I feel comfortable with sharing the road. So next Wednesday, Jan. 20, on GO Boulder’s second annual Winter Bike to Work Day, I will dust off my bike and head down the road to work. Hey, maybe this event will convince me to bike to work more often. Hope so. It’s the Boulderganic thing to do.
