Gluten-free crust at Gondolier and The Sink

The Gluten Free Bistro, which provides gluten-free foods to Boulder restaurants, has expanded its clientele to two Boulder fixtures. Gondolier and The Sink Restaurant and Bar now serve Gluten Free Bistro’s pizza crust. The Sink’s Chef Scott will also use the gluten-free crust to make yummy sandwiches.clip_image001
