So long, farewell b.side Lounge

by: Marissa Hermanson

There’s been an ongoing theme this month of local businesses shutting down – first, Boulder-fixture Bart’s CD Cellar, and then Burnt Toast and Sidney’s Café. And b.side Lounge is closing its doors for good on New Year’s Eve.

As someone who loves b.side’s bottomless wine and small plates, I’m sad to see b.side leaving downtown Boulder. For all those b.side lovers out there, make a point to stop by today and tomorrow to show your support for b.side and local businesses in general.

b.side is hosting a Farewell Boulder Celebration on New Year’s Eve with Communikey featuring Noah Pred, as well as DJs Royale, Papyrus, Josh23, Brandon Brown and St0ry. The party starts at 9 p.m. and it’s a $15 cover. Drink specials all night. For more information, visit blog.thebsidelounge.com.
