Rec centers offer fun ways to stay fit this year

If getting fit is on your agenda this year, local recreation centers can help! For an in-depth look at nutrition and your health, check out the weekly Get Healthy! workshops at the Bob L. Burger Recreation Center in Lafayette. The workshops start on Jan. 20, and run through Feb. 24. Register for one, some or all and learn about the many ways food can affect your health. Visit the rec center homepage for more information, or call 303-665-0469. The center also offers a wide variety of fitness classes, from yoga to weight training to zumba.

The Commit to Get Fit program at all three Boulder recreation center offers customized plans and one-on-one training to help you meet your fitness goals. Choose your level and choose your trainer for a customized workout experience.
