Wellness lunch, Jan. 27
Meet people, be healthy
The Stoll Foundation for Holistic Health announces a one-hour wellness luncheon that will feature learning and practicing the basics of holistic health. The event will be held on Thursday, Jan. 27, 12-1 p.m. on Baseline Road in Boulder. To RSVP and for the location, visit the Holistic Health Meetup Group.
The hour includes gentle exercise and skilled relaxation followed by a potluck lunch with sugar-free desserts and beverages. This holistic approach, called the 3LS Wellness Program, empowers people to lead
healthier lives and have more energy. There is no fee for attending, but participants will need to bring a healthy dish to serve 5 people. Sugar-free beverages and sugar-free desserts will be available.
The Wellness Lunch creates an opportunity to meet others who care about health and cultivate a supportive wellness community.
