Green Mountain Yoga‘s Care program is sending our servicemen and women in Iraq and Afghanistan care packages filled with treats from home. In December, Green Mountain mailed six care packages—90 pounds worth—filled with snacks, toiletries, playing cards and books to a Transportation Unit from Colorado stationed in Afghanistan.  Care packages were all donated by the students and community of Green Mountain Yoga.
If you know a member of the armed forces stationed in Iraq or Afghanistan whose unit might enjoy receiving care packages, contact Green Mountain with their address.
Green Mountain is raising supplies and monies for the entire next year, so show your support with monthly donations.  Green Mountain packs and sends care packages the first week of every month.
